We are believers committed to sharing the gospel of Christ and guiding others toward faith in Him. We seek to follow God’s Word as our only authority, allowing the Scriptures to guide what we believe, teach, and practice. As a church, we seek to love those in San Marcos and the surrounding communities with the same love Christ demonstrated to us. We strive to be God’s committed family, connected through love and service. We want to direct others toward the Savior in the hope that they will come to know the one true God and be transformed by His gracious love.

FOCAL POINT - 2027
Focal Point is an annual Christian training workshop hosted by the University church of Christ in San Marcos, Texas. Our goal is to strengthen preachers, encourage the church, and glorify God through the faithful teaching of His Word. Lessons are designed to provide biblical instruction along with practical encouragement for those who serve in local congregations. Focal Point is completely free to attend, and we want everyone who comes to feel welcomed and encouraged. We hope you will join us as we study together, strengthen one another, and grow in our service to the Lord.

Campus Ministry at the McCarty Student Center

The McCarty Student Center serves as the hub of the University Church of Christ's campus ministry,
fostering an invested community of believers and seekers devoted to spiritual growth, fellowship, and biblical teaching (Acts 2:42).
As the Bobcats for Christ, we seek not only to wear Christ's name but to live faithfully as His disciples through worship, service, and authentic Christian community. Through mission trips, mentoring, leadership opportunities, service projects, and student adoption programs, we equip and encourage the next generation to grow in faith and become active servants in God's Kingdom.
